At AXIS Church, we’re blessed with a dedicated team who love God, love people, and work together to serve our church family and community.
Each team member brings their own gifts, experience, and heart for ministry, but we’re united by one purpose — to help people belong, grow, and step into everything God has for them.
From teaching and leadership to children’s ministry and community outreach, our team is here to support, encourage, and walk alongside you on your journey of faith.
Senior Pastors
David & Eleanor Seel
Ministry Experience and Credentials
• April 2015 – Ordained with full ministerial credentials at Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas, TX (part of a visa application process, applied to CFNI, Charismatic/Pentecostal Ministry Training and Bible school)
• September 2020 – Awarded full ministry status from AoG GB • Served as Lead Pastor at Harthill Community Church with full AoG status for 4 years and a further year at Found Church in Larbert.
• Worked alongside Senior Pastor for several months prior to ordination as Lead Pastor.
Responsible for leading the church, weekly preaching responsibilities and ongoing vision casting and spiritual development.
Associate Pastors
Mike & Susan Pirie
Mike & Susan serve as our Executive Pastors, working along side with our Lead Pastors, David & Eleanor, to help shape the vision, culture, and direction of AXIS Church. They oversees the day-to-day running of church life — from teams and ministries to planning and operations — making sure everything we do is organised, welcoming, and built to help people grow.
They teach regularly, bringing practical, encouraging messages that help people discover faith, purpose, and the kind of life God calls us to.
Mike & Susan have over 26 years of serving in church, with the majority of that time in two churches.
However over the past five years, they’ve been called to plant or support four churches in central Scotland, taking on roles such as Leadership, Pastoral Advisory to full Pastoral ministry.

Max started with us as an intern while he was still at college and has since worked his way up the ranks. Last year he was promoted to Senior Project Manager.
