First Time Here?

We're Glad
You're Coming

Visiting a new church can feel a little daunting. Here's everything you need to know so you can walk through the door feeling completely at ease.

No Surprises, Just a Warm Welcome

Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like when you arrive at AXIS Church for the first time.

01

Arrive & Park Up

There's plenty of free parking at The Scott's. Look for the blue building at the rear of the car park — drive through and keep to the right.

02

AXIS Café — 10:30am

Come in, grab a tea or coffee, and relax. There's no rush. Our team will be around to say hello and answer any questions — just come as you are.

03

The Service — 11:00am

We gather for worship, a message from God's Word, and some time to connect. It's relaxed and informal. Jeans are absolutely fine!

04

Stay & Connect

After the service wraps up around 12:20pm, stick around for more coffee and a chat. It's often the best part of the morning!

Things People Often Ask

What should I wear?
Come as you are — genuinely. You'll see people in jeans, smart casual, and everything in between. There's no dress code at AXIS Church.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing at all. Just yourself. If you'd like to follow along with the Bible, we can point you to the passage — and most people use their phones anyway!
Will I be put on the spot?
Absolutely not. You can sit back, take it all in, and stay completely anonymous if you'd like. Nobody will ask you to stand up, introduce yourself, or put money in a collection plate.
What's the parking like?
There's a good amount of free parking at The Scott's. Drive into the car park, keep to the right, and you'll see the blue building at the rear.
Is it accessible?
Yes — the The Scott's has accessibility features including ramp access. If you have specific requirements, feel free to contact us in advance and we'll make sure everything is sorted.
I'm not sure I believe — is that okay?
More than okay. Many people come to AXIS Church with questions, doubts, or just curiosity. There's space here for honest conversations and no pressure to have it all figured out.

Kids Are Very Welcome

We love having families at AXIS Church. From the moment you arrive, our team will make sure your children feel safe, welcomed, and excited to be here.

During the worship part of the service, kids head to our children's church where they learn about Jesus in a fun, age-appropriate environment. You get to enjoy the service knowing they're in great hands.

Just let one of our team know it's your first time and they'll show you exactly where to go.
